Smart UP crisis framework

The crisis intervention framework developed as part of the Smart-UP project is now available for download on the project homepage: www.smartupproject.eu/intervention-framework/ .

The framework provides a comprehensive overview of early warning signals of corporate crises and describes approaches for early warning systems and intervention options. It is aimed in particular at consultants, coaches and trainers in educational institutions and support structures for small and medium-sized companies, such as chambers or start-up centers - but also offers interesting insights for entrepreneurs.

The framework forms the basis for the curricula and online training courses developed in the project. It conveys comprehensive knowledge about financial and non-financial early warning signals and describes the importance of early crisis detection and intervention.

The framework was developed on the basis of an international expert survey and summarized by the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. The responsible research assistant is available for questions, suggestions and further exchange: jfalvarado.valenzuela@hva.nl.
